Chia Pudding

By now I am sure most of you have heard how nutritious chia seeds are for you. They are full of rich omega oils and healthy fiber to fuel the body. But did you know that they can make a fast, easy chia pudding? With the holiday season approaching and our sweet tooth increasing, chia pudding is a guilt free raw treat.

All you need is the following:
2 Tablespoons Whole Chia Seeds
½ Cup Coconut or Nut Milk
½ Tablespoon Raw Cacao Powder (or your favorite superfood powder)
A Dash of Coconut Nectar for sweetness

Whisk all the ingredients together in a bowl, set aside in the refrigerator. The longer you let it set, the thicker it will be. Then enjoy, it’s that simple!
